We repair HVAC systems. That’s the whole business.
We’ve been working on North Dallas systems since 2011, and the company exists because of a conversation that kept repeating.
Our founder, Ray Okonkwo, spent nine years as a service tech across Dallas and Collin County. The part that wore on them wasn’t attic work in August. It was arriving at a house where the homeowner had already been told by somebody else that the system was finished — when the real problem was a $200 capacitor and forty minutes of labor. And sometimes the reverse: someone paying for a fourth repair in two years on a twenty-two-year-old unit that nobody had the nerve to call done.
Both are the same failure. Somebody wasn’t straight with the customer.
So this is a repair company, not a replacement business with a service department attached. When your system can be fixed properly and economically, we fix it. When it can’t, we say so plainly and then leave you alone to go get replacement quotes — we don’t sell systems, so there’s nothing in that recommendation for us.
