About our services
We provide HVAC diagnosis, repair and maintenance for residential systems in Richardson and the surrounding area. We do not sell or install replacement systems.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site are typical ranges for guidance only and are not quotes. The only fixed prices are the stated diagnostic fees. Your repair price is confirmed with you before work begins, and that confirmed price is the one that governs.
The diagnostic fee
The diagnostic fee is payable whether or not you proceed with the repair. If you do proceed, it is credited against the repair.
Scheduling
Same-day service is offered where capacity allows and is not guaranteed. Emergency response times are estimates given in good faith.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment and accurate information about the system and any prior work done on it.
Workmanship
Repairs carry a warranty whose terms vary by part; the specific terms are given to you at the time of repair. Warranty does not cover unrelated failures, damage from misuse, or work performed by others.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
