Our commitment
If a repair isn’t right, we want to hear about it from you before you hear about it from anyone else.
How to raise a complaint
Call us, or email info@hvacrepairrichardson.com with your name, the service address, the date of the visit, and what went wrong.
Timescales
We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and give a substantive response within 10 business days. If we need longer, we’ll tell you and explain why.
What we’ll do
We review the technician’s notes, contact you to understand what happened, and where the fault is ours we return and put it right at no charge.
If you’re not satisfied
You can ask for the complaint to be escalated to the owner. You also have the right to contact the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), which licenses HVAC contractors in Texas.
Records
Complaints are logged and reviewed so the same problem doesn’t recur.
